The scope of work for this project included demolition of the old structures and replacing them with a new facility that would not only meet their needs long into the future but also complement the active outdoor lifestyle of Fernie, BC.

Eagle Builders worked with Jade Bay to design, manufacture, and build a precast concrete and structural steel office and processing facility for Jealous Fruits.

This new facility for Condor's Public Services needed to be durable, long-lasting, and expandable to allow for growth and optimal usability.

Eagle Builders designed, manufactured and built a two-story office and shop facility for Bushell Transport. With future expansion and upgrades in mind, pads were installed under the concrete slab in the shop to allow for a future overhead crane.
