Eagle Builders has been perfecting the science behind our product since 2000. We are always on the cutting edge, trialling and implementing the newest technologies as they emerge and seeking out ways to improve our processes and products. Our quality control procedures are implemented through Procore Construction Management Software increasing project efficiency and accountability by streamlining and mobilizing project communication and documentation.
Sustaining both CPCQA and CPCI B4-C4 certification allows Eagle Builders to produce all precast concrete products including deflected strand members for large infrastructure projects. We are audited twice annually to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing including our process, quality control, and documentation.
An injury-free and incident-free workplace is our goal. Through continuous safety and loss control efforts, we can accomplish this.
Eagle Builders is committed to a strong safety program that protects our staff, property and the public from incidents.
Employees at every level, including management, are responsible and accountable for the company’s safety plan. Complete and active participation by everyone, every day, in every job is necessary for the safety excellence Eagle Builders expects. Management supports the coordination and cooperation of all workers on the job site or in the shop.
Management requires all employees to participate in the program and provides proper equipment, training, and procedures. Employees, subcontractors, visitors and suppliers are responsible for following all procedures, working safely, and wherever possible, improving safety measures.
Eagle Builders management accepts the responsibility for leading the health and safety program, for its effectiveness and improvement, and for providing the protection required to ensure safe conditions.
Sustainability is engrained into every aspect of our business, from how we manufacture our precast concrete products to the design and building process. We stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, testing various additives and systems as they reach the market to ensure that we are always keeping in line with our environmentally conscious goals.
We source our aggregates locally, and our cement source is close to home to reduce our transportation impact. We reduce our wall panel cement requirements by 20% by introducing fly ash into our mix. Fly ash is a waste product from coal power plants that is used to cut down on the impact of cement production while also increasing the quality and strength of our components. A 20% fly ash mix also reduces water demands by 10% percent, and we lower our water usage by using a percentage of waste wash water in our mixes.
As Eagle Builders uses exact-batch technology, you can be incredibly exact in constructing your structure, thus not wasting excess materials during production and on the build site. It is also easier to renovate and expand your structure in the future with less waste.
Precast concrete structures are also sustainable because they are incredibly durable and can last for decades. The structure will not burn or emit toxic fumes when exposed to fire. And at the end of its lifecycle, your precast building can be recycled.
