Sustaining both CPCQA and CPCI B4-C4 certification allows Eagle Builders to produce all precast concrete products including deflected strand members for large infrastructure projects. We are audited twice annually to review all aspects of our manufacturing including our process, quality control, and documentation.

Sustainability is engrained into every aspect of the business, from how precast concrete products are manufactured to the design and building process. Eagle Builders stays at the forefront of emerging technologies, integrating various green technologies such as solar panels, radiant heating, and water capture systems into building designs as well as testing various additives and systems as they reach the market in our manufacturing process to ensure accordance with environmentally conscious goals.
Aggregates are sourced locally, and cement products are sourced close to home to reduce the transportation impact. Additionally, fly ash is introduced to the mix, reducing wall panel cement requirements by 20%. Fly ash is a waste product from coal power plants that is used to cut down on the impact of cement production while also increasing the quality and strength of the components. A 20% fly ash mix also reduces water demands by 10% percent and water usage is lowered by using recycled wash water in the mixes where acceptable to specific guidelines.
Eagle Builders uses exact-batch technology, mixing exactly what is needed for constructing your structure, thus not wasting excess materials during production and on the build site. It is also easier to renovate and expand your structure in the future with less waste.
Precast concrete structures are incredibly durable and can last for decades. The structure will not burn or emit toxic fumes when exposed to fire. And at the end of its lifecycle, your precast building can be recycled.
