The Hamlet of Condor found a need to expand to accommodate both fire and public services into one building. This new facility needed to be durable, long-lasting, and expandable to allow for growth and optimal usability. It features a custom mechanical system to support the fire station requirements of a twenty thousand gallon water cistern that runs off of a well. This project was completed on time and budget.
