Bushell Transport, a trucking and transport company, required a new building to accommodate their growing needs. After considering their options, they awarded Eagle Builders to design, manufacture and build a two-story office and shop facility. With future expansion and upgrades in mind, pads were installed under the concrete slab in the shop to allow for a future overhead crane. The shop was designed to have an underground oil storage pit with a precast slab lid, saving grade level square footage for more usable space. This project was completed on time and on budget in only four months.
