In the Training & Assessment Centre, we pick the right employee, put them in the right position, provide them with valuable skills and set them up for success.

We assess prospective team members on basic construction skills and safety knowledge. Then, we build their skills in a controlled environment, preparing them for the first day on the job, giving them and their crew confidence.

There are also opportunities for existing team members to advance with the help of Eagle’s Training & Assessment Centre. Here they can build the necessary skills if they are changing crews or moving to the next level of competency.

The Training & Assessment Centre has helped Eagle Builders achieve a retention increase of 29.3% to date.
