With their ageing facility and recent infrastructure changes in the city, it was time to relocate to a modern building that was conveniently located and would withstand the constraints of time. They engaged Eagle Builders to design, manufacture and construct their new facility.

Eagle Builders was awarded this project in June 2018, and just 4 months later, Southern Irrigation's new facility was ready for occupancy. Their new building is made up of a two-story office space connected to the shop.

Eagle Builders was engaged to engineer, fabricate and install the insulated precast concrete wall panels for both Julian Tile's new Calgary and Edmonton buildings.
