Southern Irrigation works in many project areas, including irrigation, sewer, drainage, serving municipalities, golf courses, commercial greenhouses, and manure transfer. Eagle Builders was awarded this project in June 2018, and just 4 months later, their new facility was ready for occupancy. Their new building is made up of a two-story office space connected to the shop. Outside the facility is an exterior water cistern to compensate for the absence of services at the job site. There is also a water storage tank on the interior of the facility for the well to fill up. Inside the office, the showroom features a precast ground floor, exposing the aggregate within the concrete. By utilizing Eagle’s prefabricated building system, the speed of construction was accelerated compared to conventional construction methods. This project was completed on time and on budget.
