Julian Tile is a wholesale tile distributor serving Western Canada and the Western United States since 1978. With their growing clientele in Alberta, it was time for Julian Tile to build two new facilities located in Edmonton and Calgary. Eagle Builders was engaged to engineer, fabricate and install the insulated precast concrete wall panels for both buildings. With Eagle Builders’ paint-ready panels, the architect utilized simple reveal lines to give the building a cost-efficient modern look. Because the structures were designed with load-bearing insulated panels, Eagle Builders was able to accelerate the construction timelines adding value to both projects significantly.
