Institutional Projects

The Ponoka Community Learning Centre is a three-story non-combustible precast concrete structure that was designed, manufactured and built by Eagle Builders.

The new Eagle Builders Centre is a hub for Blackfalds and surrounding communities to engage in activities. The addition to the previous multiplex includes a new arena, which is home to the AJHL Blackfalds Bulldogs, with a space for the team to train, recover, and relax. It also includes a new public library and public boardrooms.

agle Builders was brought on to support the construction of an addition to the GH Dawe Community Centre in Red Deer, Alberta, with the construction of the building shell utilizing the speed of precast concrete. We were able to support this institutional construction project by reducing the timelines and helping the project remain on budget.

Eagle Builders connected with the University’s vision, concerns, and purpose in providing excellent Christian postsecondary education to central Alberta. We were brought on as the design-build contractor and supplied the precast concrete elements.
