Century Gardens is a 7-storey purpose-built rental community in one of the most accessible and lively areas on the South end of the city. Along with precast concrete fabrication and installation, Eagle Builders supplied its design-build contracting services to provide the assurance that the building would be completed with outstanding quality and swiftness while meeting our client’s goals and cost expectations.
Since the lot was unserviced, Eagle Builders created solutions to keep the project moving forward with the installation of off site utilities such as power and gas in addition to the construction of private roads within the development.
The corridor walls of the structure are strengthened with load-bearing hollow core precast concrete which provide thermal and sound insulation and are also fire resistant.
