Precast firewalls have several added benefits to a traditional cinder block firewall.  The installation of one day or less for a precast firewall means less time and money incurred on construction, especially during the winter months.  Precast firewalls connect to wooden structures and need no additional bracing.  The panels have either a 2 or 4 hour fire-rating and the caulking has up to a 4 hour rating.
