Our panels combine the strength and durability of precast concrete, with the thermal efficiency of continuous layer of polystyrene insulation. This aspect makes it superior to any other wall system. Our composite sandwich panel provides structural performance that equals or exceeds the properties of solid concrete sections. This unique design utilizes a mechanical reinforcement system to bond two concrete veneers, which is separated by a thermal barrier. We work closely with DGH Engineering Ltd.. They provide comprehensive engineering support for all of our precast products, from development right through to design and manufacturing. Engineered and sealed job specific shop drawings are provided for every panel that we manufacture. Precast Applications Agricultural – We provide precast panels on subcontract basis as well as provide General Contracting from start to finish in numerous applications. Poultry Facilities, Hog Barns, Dairy Facilities, Horse Stables & Arenas, Cisterns, Feed Bunkers, Feed Mills, Potato Storage and other Farm Buildings and Shops. We also provide our customers with a design build option, in which we assess your building requirements and come up with a design best suited for your needs. Commercial & Industrial - We provide insulated concrete panels on a subcontract basis for the following applications: Car Washes, Vehicle Dealerships, Light Industrial Buildings, Slaughter Plants, Outlet Stores, and Multi-Business Buildings. We also manufacture concrete precast fire separation and fire walls on commercial and residential complexes. |
